Podcast up – pretty sad music

It’s like Elton John sang: “Sad songs say so much.” They’re usually amazingly pretty for some reason. The saddest songs I know are usually the ones that would make you swoon even without lyrics.

This is a mix I’ve been working on for a few weeks, and my wife requested for work this week. Lots of songs about missing people, broken hearts, and bitterly cruel loneliness. However, they’ve all got a note of hope in them. If any of you start feeling lonely, depressed, or just filled with a certain amount of ennui, please do not blame me. Or, if necessary, blame me, but link to this page, so my hit count will go up.
